Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). 1nsight is a business-to-business service and is not directed at consumers.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement; upon becoming aware of one, we will remove the relevant content without undue delay.
